Our technicians perform a thorough tune-up, including:
Replace engine oil and oil filterReplace spark plugsReplace air filterReplace coolantTest and adjust fuel pressureInspect belts and replace if neededInspect exhaust system for obstructionsTest overall generator operationClean the generator inside and outAddress surface rust and touch up paint where needed
We also inspect and maintain the area surrounding your generator. This can include:

Monitoring
If your generator already has a monitoring unit installed, it is most likely a cellular-based monitoring system with a third-party monitoring provider. GenTech can help transfer the monitoring service to us so we can monitor your generator 24/7 and stay informed about its operating condition.
Like a cell phone plan, generator monitoring requires a yearly subscription. The monitoring subscription can be added to your annual generator maintenance package for convenient, ongoing service.
If your generator does not currently have a monitoring system and you would like one, GenTech Generator Maintenance can provide and install a cellular generator monitoring unit. The system works much like a cell phone: it connects to your generator and sends important operating information directly to us.
With 24/7 generator monitoring, GenTech can stay up to date on your generator's status and help identify potential issues before they become major problems—giving you greater reliability, protection, and peace of mind.
