GenTech Generator Maintenance LLC provides standby generator maintenance, service, repairs, insurance and home-sale inspections, optional monitoring and whole-home surge protection.
We service existing Briggs & Stratton, Generac, Kohler and Cummins generators. We do not install new generators.

Share your property location, service needed and generator brand/model if known. Describe any warning already visible; do not open or test internal components.

From Naples to Sarasota, our service territory includes Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Sarasota, Hendry, Glades and DeSoto counties.
Include your property location when requesting service so we can discuss scheduling.
Storm response
Following major storms, hurricanes, natural disasters or widespread outages, GenTech accepts emergency calls outside normal hours, including 24/7 response periods when circumstances require.
After-hours requests
During normal conditions, after-hours requests are handled case by case, depending on circumstances and availability.
Response availability
We respond as quickly as circumstances and availability allow. Response times are not guaranteed.
Optional monitoring
Compatible monitoring systems operate 24/7 and can send automatic alerts. This does not mean a continuously staffed dashboard or guaranteed immediate response.
